All technology areas follow the same basic process, called the lifecycle, which includes plan, design, build and support. Each step in the process has different roles to support it. Planning

The first phase is the planning phase where decisions are made regarding when the project is due, what materials are needed and who is going to be do what.

Design

The second phase is the design phase to decide what the project will look like to the end-consumer.

Build

The third phase is the build phase where the project will actually be built and we'll test and review to make sure there are no errors.

Support

Lastly, is the support phase that includes roles to make sure the project is successful such as answering clients questions or ensuring our project is secure.
